This class is one of our Green Space Grounding summer outdoor offerings. Release tension, improve mobility, and reconnect with your body in this all-levels Hip-Focused yoga class set against the peaceful backdrop of Heritage Park Museum. Surrounded by history, nature, and fresh air, this outdoor practice offers a chance to slow down, move mindfully, and create more ease through the hips and lower body.
This gentle class links movement with breath through a series of accessible postures designed to stretch, strengthen, and mobilize the hips, glutes, and surrounding muscles. Whether you spend long hours sitting, are looking to improve flexibility, or simply enjoy some mindfulness on your lunch break, this class provides space to explore movement with awareness and intention. Modifications and options will be offered throughout, making the class suitable for all experience levels.
Practicing outdoors invites a deeper connection to your surroundings, encouraging presence, relaxation, and a sense of grounding. Leave feeling more open, balanced, and refreshed—both physically and mentally.
Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and any props that support your practice. Dressing in layers and bringing sun protection is recommended.
