This class is one of our Green Space Grounding summer outdoor offerings. Cultivate balance, vitality, and a sense of calm in this all-levels Qigong class set against the peaceful backdrop of Heritage Park Museum. Surrounded by history, nature, and fresh air, this outdoor practice offers an opportunity to slow down, connect with your breath, and move with intention.

Qigong is a gentle mind-body practice that combines slow, flowing movements, breath awareness, and focused attention to support overall well-being. This class will guide you through a series of accessible movements designed to improve mobility, reduce stress, enhance energy flow, and promote a greater sense of ease in both body and mind. No previous experience is required, and all movements can be adapted to suit individual abilities.

Practicing outdoors adds a unique dimension to the experience, inviting you to connect with the natural environment while cultivating presence and inner calm. Whether you are new to Qigong or looking to deepen your practice, this class offers a welcoming space to restore and recharge.

Please bring water, wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement and the weather, and sun protection is recommended.
