Community Meditation

A free, drop-in community meditation open to everyone. We’ll begin with a short, guided meditation to help orient the body and mind, then move into extended silence for personal practice or simple resting awareness. Expect a quiet, low-pressure space—no experience needed and nothing to fix or achieve. Just time to pause, listen, and breathe together.
