Living with pain, illness, or nervous system dysregulation requires constant adaptation — this class uses the science of breath-based movement paired with practices of compassion and self-awareness to restore some of that cost.
Through supported postures, low-load strength, simple breathwork and extended rest, we help your mind and body experience safety, steadiness, and sustainable movement. The goal is not to "fix" you, but to bring you home to yourself.
Ideal for those navigating chronic pain, illness, burnout, injury recovery, or age-related changes.
